6 pork chops (I try to make them brown so they are sure to cook thru in the oven)
½ cup milk
¼ teaspoon pepper
24 ounces frozen hash browns, thawed
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of celery soup (I used cream of mushroom)
½ sour cream
½ tsp salt
2 cups french fried onions (I use the big container and 1/2 in the potatoes and half on the top)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown chops; sprinkle with salt and set aside
2. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 t salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup french fried onion
3. spoon into 9x13 inch pan
4. Arrange pork chops over top. Bake covered at 350 F for 40 minutes
5. Top with remaining cheese and onions
6. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer or until cheese has melted
