Canned apricots
Brown sugar
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. In buttered casserole dish, layer apricots (canned and drained). Cover with brown sugar generously. Then crumble Ritz crackers on top. Repeat layer and dot with butter. Bake for one hour.
