Grilled Chesapeake Shrimp Recipe

3 tbs olive oil
6 cloves chopped garlic
1⁄2 tsp salt
3 lbs peeled and deveined shrimp
1 Cup Chesapeake Beurre Blanc Sauce (see separate recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix olive oil, garlic and salt, in 1 gallon plastic Ziploc bag, and add shrimp. Toss shrimp well, and marinate for an hour.
Heat Grill for 20 min until hot.
Skewer shrimp
Grill for 3-4 minutes per side (6-8 min total)
Remove shrimp from skewers and toss with 3⁄4 cup of Chesapeake Beurre Blanc.
