3 ripe avacados - chopped
1 large mango (or 2 small ones) - diced into small bits
1 small Papaya (or 1/2 a big one) - diced into small bits
1/4 cup diced red onion
Lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix it all together and enjoy!
Add the lime juice a bit at a time - enough to make it mix well but not get too liquidy!

I first tasted this at a pot luck party many years ago and had to track down the person at the party who had made it because it was soooo good! She told me the basic ingredients and I made it up from there - so the amounts in the ingredients list are all estimates!
