Joanne's Banana Bread

2-3 bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips (or raisins or nuts!)

Pre-heat one to 400

Mash the bananas
Cream together the margarine and sugars
Add the eggs and bananas
Stir the flour and baking soda together and fold it into the wet mixture
Add the chocolate chips (or raisons or not!)

Bake for 1 hour - or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Another of Joanne's recipes.
This is a great use for those bananas that you forgot to eat before they got a bit too mushy. You can also throw then brown bananas in the freezer until you are ready to use them.
Note from Lynne - I add a tsp of vanilla to my banana bread. And about 1/4 cup of greek yogurt - makes it really moist!
