1 Roast (chuck or one of your choice)
1 stick butter
1 packet Hidden Valley ranch dressing
1 packet McCormick Au Jus Gravy Mix
About 5 pepperoncini peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crock pot and sprinkle with Hidden Valley Ranch and Au Jus packets. Place stick of butter and pepperoncini peppers on top. (Do NOT add water). Cook on low for approximately 8 hours.
