To make the chocolate part:
7 oz butter
3 1/2 oz cocoa
9 oz icing sugar
3 tbsp cream
1 egg yolk

And for the layering:
10 oz plain biscuits

Warm the first five ingredients in pan over low heat.

In a loaf tin, arrange alternate layers of chocolate mix and biscuits
Start and finish with a chocolate layer

Allow to set in a cool place.
