1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 stick butter, melted
½ C cottage cheese
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 400°.
• Spray 9” square Pyrex dish with nonstick spray.
• Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl.
• Bake for 20 minutes.

** This recipe doubled makes a full 9 x 13 pan and is great for larger groups.
