1 pkg yeast
1 C warm water
2 T sugar
2 T oil
1½ tsp
3 to 3¼ C flour
½ tsp italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ C parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, oil, salt and 2 C of flour. Beat until blended. Stir in
seasonings, parmesan cheese and enough remaining flour to form a stiff dough.

2. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, abut 6 to 8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once
to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. Punch dough down; return to bowl.

3. Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured surface.
shape into a rectangle and roll loaf up lengthwise. Loaf should be a 16x 2-½" loaf with tapered ends. Lightly grease a
cookie sheet; place loaf on sheet. Let rise in warm place until doubled.

4. Preheat oven to 375º. Bake bread for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
