4 or 5 celery stalks, washed and cut into 4-5 inch strips
6 inch strip of Velveeta cheese
1 ½ C pecans, chopped fine
Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
1 Tb sugar or 2 packets Sweet-n-low (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
• Mix cheese, mayonnaise and nuts to a smooth consistency.
• Fill celery stalks with cheese mixture and garnish with paprika on top.
