2 cups AP flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
6 Tlb melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup buttermilk ( or sour milk or yogurt)

Directions:

Mix wet ingredients together and dry ingredients together. Then add wet to dry and stir till just mixed. Pour into loaf pan and cook at 350º for about 45 minutes Till cake tester comes out clean

Forgot the butter in this cake once and it was still really good. Can switch walnuts for raisins .or cranberries or another kind of nuts
