8 ounce bag Hershey Kisses
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Granulated sugar for rolling the cookies

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Remove wrappers from the kisses. Eat one.

Beat shortening and peanut butter in large bowl till well blended. Add sugar and brown sugar and beat till fluffy.
Add egg, milk, and vanilla and beat well.

In a separate bowl stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to peanut butter mixture.

Shape dough into one inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar and then place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press a kiss into the center of each cookie which will crack around the edges. Remove from cookie sheet and place on wire rack. Eat one.
