Ingredients:  
2 whole chicken breast
2 cans beef broth
2 can chicken broth
1 can tomatoes (14 oz)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 chopped red pepper
1- 8 3/4 oz whole corn
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin (plus a little more)
1/4 tsp tsp pepper

crushed tortilla chips
4 oz mont jack cheese-grated
1 avacado (peeled and cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine broth, tomatoes, onion and red pepper. Bring to boil, Add uncooked chicken (cubed) Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15-20 minutes.

To Serve: Place crushed chips in bowl. Ladle soup over chips, Sprinkle with cheese and avacado
