4 oz (1/2 pack of 8 oz pkg.) cream cheese softened
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 pkg (4-serving size) jello vanilla pudding
2 pkg (3oz each) ladyfingers
1/3 cup brewed coffee cooled
2 cups thawed cool whip french vanilla whipped topping
1 square baker's semi sweet baking chocolate grated

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add milk, beating well after each addition. Add dry pudding mix, beat on low speed 1 minute or until blended.

Sprinkle cut sides of ladyfingers with coffee, place half of the ladyfingers on bottom and up side 1 1/2 quart serving bowl. Top with layers of half each on pudding mixture whipping topping and grated chocolate cover with remaining ladyfinger. Repeat layers of pudding mixture, whipped topping and grated chocolate.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve,
