2 1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
7 1/2 to 8 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk together 7 1/2 c. flour, baking powder and salt then gradually beat into creamed mixture, adding additional flour, if necessary. Divide dough into four portions.

This dough has endless variations. For the Three Willows U C Cookie Walk, Imade two batches of dough. The following are the variations that I made. 1. No additions but rolled, cut out out with Christmas cutters and decorated with coloured sugar. 2. Add green food colouring and mint flavouring then take a small spoon of dough and wrap around a chocolate candy, bake the ice cooled bonbons and cover with chocolate sprinkles. 3. Colour dough pink, add almond flavourin
