Cake:
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. Pumpkin
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c. flour

Filling:
2 Tbsp soft butter
8 oz Cream cheese
3/4 tsp vanilla
1 c. Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cake portion and pour on a greased 10x15 cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 375. Roll cake into a powdered sugar towel until completely cooled. Unroll, spread with filling mix, and re-roll. Wrap in plastic wrap, keep refrigerated.
