1 c. cooked chicken
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Smoked sausage, sliced in chunks
1 medium clove garlic, minced
1 can (10 3.4 oz,) chicken broth
1 can (about 16 oz.) tomatoes, diced
½ c. sliced onion
½ c. chopped green pepper
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
Generous dash cayenne pepper
1 c. raw white rice

Directions:
In skillet, brown chicken and garlic in butter. Stir in remaining ingredients in shrimp and rice. Bring to boil; add shrimp and rice. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
