3 3/4 cups sugar
8 eggs
9 tbsp flour
3/4 gallon milk
3/4 pint whipping cream
2 tbsp vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour into sugar and salt. Break egg one at a time into sugar mixture. Stir well. Scald milk in large pan. Add sugar and egg mixture. Continue stirring till thick coating stays on spoon. Strain if necessary. Add cream and vanilla. Cool. Freezes faster if mixture is cold.
