⅔ C Shortening
1¼ C sugar
1 tsp lemon extract
2 C flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
3 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening & sugar until light & fluffy.
Add milk & extract.
Mix dry ingredients, add to creamed ingredients.
Beat until smooth, add eggs 1 at a time, beat well after each one.
Pour into well greased pan & bake @ 300º for 90 minutes
