3 eggs
1½ C sugar
⅓ C unsalted butter - melted & cooled
Juice of 1 large lemon
1 tsp lemon extract
¾ C chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º
Beat eggs & add sugar, beat until blended.
Add butter, lemon, lemon extract & blend.
Add pecan pieces & stir lightly.
Pour into prepared or frozen pie crust.
Bake 45 min
