1 c. all-purpose flour
2 T. sugar
1 T. baking powder
tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
c. cooking oil or butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in center of flour mixture; set aside.
In another bowl beat eggs slightly; stir in milk, oil, vanilla. Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture, stir until moistened.
Pour 1 to 1 c. onto grids of a preheated, lightly greased waffle iron. Close lid quickly; do not open until done. When done use a fork to lift waffle off. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm.
