Ingredients:  
1-1/2 lb baby carrots (or whole carrots sliced)
2 T olive oil
3 T honey
1 T brown sugar
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, honey, brown sugar, salt and pepper together and microwave for 15 seconds
Coat carrots with the mixture
Place on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes at 425
Stir them and continue baking up to 30 minutes
