2 cups flour 1tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking soda 6 tbsp butter 3/4 cup buttermile (plus)
Stir flour baking powder, salt and soda. Cut in butter until resembles corn meal. Add buttermilk till moistened. Knead lightly on floured board cut with biscuit cutter. Add dots of butter on biscuits. Bake 450º 15-18 minutes
