3-4 Tbsp fat from turkey
1/4 cup flour
2 cups of broth

Directions:
Directions:
Skim fat off and reserve. Put fat and flour in pan and stir with wisp until it is very brown than slowly add broth while continuing to stir. Salt and pepper to taste, simmer 2-3 minutes.
