2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
cup whole milk
cup cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa over medium high heat, stirring constantly. When it begins to boil, let it boil 1 minute without stirring. Let cool 5 minutes. Beat with electric mixer until the consistency is right. Spread on cake while it's in the pan. Top with chopped, toasted pecans.
