1 1/2 cup elbow macaroni
3 tbsp butter/margarine
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
8 oz Velvet cheese cubed
1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni until tender, in saucepan melt butter blend in flour with wire wisk cook for a couple of minutes. Add milk cook until thick and buddy add velvet cheese. Stir until cheese is melted in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish pour cheese over macaroni. Bake 350 for approx. 35- 40 minutes or until heated through.
