* 8 slices of thick bread
* 4 eggs
* 1 c. milk
* stick of butter
* 2 tsp. cinnamon
* 4 tbsp of sugar

Toppings
* 8-10 strawberries quarter cut
* 1 c. blueberries
* Powdered sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon and sugar.
2. Heat skillet or flat top griddle. Add 3 tbsp. of butter and heat until melted. As butter is melting dip 1 slice of bread in egg mix at a time, coating both sides. Be sure not to soak break. Lay in skillet.
3. Continue step 2 until your space is filled in skillet. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes on medium low heat. Using butter in between each flip.
4. Once all pieces are cooked top with berries and dust with powdered sugar.
