4 lbs. chicken breast or cut up chicken
flour seasoned with salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped
½ to ¾ lb. mushrooms, washed and sliced
1½ pt. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pour ¼ cup of oil into heavy skillet and heat. Flour the chicken and brown in oil, adding more oil as needed to prevent sticking. Remove chicken and sauté onions and mushrooms until tender. Arrange chicken in a large casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Combine mushrooms, onions and sour cream until blended. Pour over chicken. Bake another 25 to 30 minutes. (Note:) Serve with rice or noodles.
