1 ½ lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. Hidden Valley mix
1 can pinto beans
1 can pinto beans with jalapenos
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can of Ro-tel tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown ground beef and onions until done. Drain. Pour into a large pot. Add taco seasoning and Hidden Valley mix. Stir all together. Over medium heat, add all canned ingredients to meat mixture. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. Then add Velveeta. When it is melted, it is done.

*stir occasionally while chowder simmers the 20 minutes, to keep it from sticking
