⅔ cup sugar
⅓ margarine softened
2 eggs
3 tbsp sour milk
1 cup mashed bananas
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ soda
½ salt
½ cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, margarine and eggs. Stir in sour milk and bananas. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, and salt, than add to creamed mixture. Add nuts or raisins. Pour into well greased 9x5x3 in loaf pan. Let stand 20 minutes than bake. Test with toothpick.

Bake 350º 50-60 minutes
