1 cup uncooked rice
3 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
Milk (1-2 cups)
stick butter (to taste)
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Measure the rice and salt into a pot with water. Cover with tight-fitting lid and bring to boiling. Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Do no lift lid until the time is up. Add milk and let simmer. If too thick, add more milk. Stir occasionally to keep from burning. When done, add sugar to suit your taste. Put in bowl. Put brown butter, sugar, and cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
