1 c. flour
1 c. nuts
½ c. butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 c. Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Cool Whip
Grated chocolate and nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Blend together flour, nuts and butter. Press into 9” x 13” pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350º; cool. Blend confectioners' sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Add 1 to 2 cups Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust. Chill. Blend together pudding mix, milk and vanilla. Pour over the cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with grated chocolates and nuts.
