Ingredients:
3 TB purchased yogurt
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to 180 200. Do not allow to boil. Cool to 112. Any hotter than that and it can kill the yogurt culture. I set it in a sink of cold water and stir. Do not allow it to get below 112. Stir in the purchased yogurt and pour into a preheated Thermos type container. Let sit for about 6 hours. Then it is yogurt. The longer it its the firmer and more tart it gets. Refrigerate to stop the process. Just save 3 tablespoons of each batch to use the next time. You can repeat this process for a long time. Yogurt culture may be bought at a health food store, but this can spoil if not used within a short period of time. This recipe is easily doubled.
