1/2 lb of butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg plus 1 yolk
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups sifted flour
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Cream batter and sugar. Add egg and yolk- cream well- add vanilla, pinch of salt and four. Mix well.

Wrap in wax paper and chill overnight. Put in form- roll enough on floured board until it fits in form tube. Bake on greased pan in hot oven 10 min. or until brown.
