1 box Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice – the 5 minute rice works as well as regular
½ to 1 cup of chopped onions (I use 1 cup)
1 can of water chestnuts drained and chopped
2 cans of whole green beans – drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cans of chicken breasts (not the smallest size but next size up) – do not drain – I’m all for quick meals so I use the canned most of the time! (or 1 boiled and diced chicken or roasted chicken)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed.
Fluff and add other ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until heated through.

Optional: After heated through, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
……and, if desired, French Fried Onions… and put back in oven for about 5 minutes – make sure the onions do not get too brown. I prefer it with the cheese and onions on top!
