Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Cream together:
4 cups sugar
2 cups Crisco
4 eggs

Mix dry ingredients together:
4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup cocoa
8 cups flour

1 tsp vanilla
3 cups milk

Add gradually (alternating) the dry ingredients and milk till thoroughly blended!
Bake at 400 10-12 minutes (do not over bake)

Icing:
Cook over medium heat until thick - 15 T flour (heaping) and 3 cups milk
Let stand until COMPLETELY cool (or icing will not set up)

Then add:
3 cups 10X sugar
1-1/2 cups margarine
1-1/2 cups Crisco
2 T vanilla

Beat 15-20 min.

(Depending on humidity, etc., you may need to add a little extra Crisco)
