3 lbs pork ribs, country style
1 large onion, sliced
1 large lemon, sliced

Sauce:
2 cups ketchup
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place spareribs in a shallow roasting pan meaty side down. Slice lemon and onion and place on top of ribs. Bake for 45 minutes. In a separate pan mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, water, Tabasco and chili powder. Bring to a boil and pour ribs. Bake for another hour basting ribs every 15 minutes.
