Ingredients: 5lb Potatoes Russet Potatoes salt and pepper to taste 6hard boiled eggs 3stalks is celery or to your own likeing 1 onion diced 1to11/2 cups mayonnaise 1/2cup milk 11/2 tsps Mustard 1 tbsp sugar or to your own taste

Directions:Peel potatoes and cut in halves cover with water to the to pin a large pan Cook until tender about 30 minutes drain cool Cut into slices in a big bowl Cut onion and dice add to the potatoes Cut celery into diced ones add to potatoes Cook your eggs then drain them in cold water l cook my eggs to a boil then boil for five minutes take off the heat cover them for five minutes then drain and put in the cold Waterford awhile then drain again and cut into pieces and add to the potatoes Make Dressing for the salad In a bowl add your mayo milk sugar and mustard blend together sprinkle salt and pepper on the potatoes then add the mayo and stir real good untill all incorporated Chill in fridge rather 2 hrs or untill it's nice and cold

Notes: This was grandma and moms recipe we made it for all of our family get togethers The mustard was the secret ingredient in the dish Also you just have to add the ingredients aliterate at a time in case you didn't want to much sugar or mustard same thing with the salt and pepper Sometimes the mustard is A little strong so l add more sugar it's sort of guessing ha ha Hope you like it
