6 fully ripe avocados
6 cups chicken broth
3 tsp. lime juice
¾ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3 cups heavy cream

Lemon slices or unsweetened whipped cream to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Halve avocados lengthwise, twisting gently to separate; remove seeds. Peel avocado halves and place in electric blender. Add broth, lime juice, salt and garlic powder. Process until smooth. Stir in cream and chill thoroughly. Garnish with sliced lemon or unsweetened whipped cream.

Makes 8-10 servings.
