1 16 oz. can salmon, or fresh cooked salmon
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
2 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
3/4 teaspoon salt
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash of cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke


3/4 cup chopped pecans
3 Tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Directions:

Rinse the salmon well, clean and drain.

In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together with a fork. Roll into a ball and then roll the ball in the
chopped parsley and pecan mixture. Refrigerate for a few hours until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers.
