Ingredients: 1 package Med /Small Shrimp 1 package Crab 5-9 Limes 1-2 Cucumbers 1-2 Serrano Peppers Cilantro (about a small handful) 1/8 cup onion (just a little) Salt (shake to your heart’s content) ˝ cupish Beer (optional

Directions:Thaw and peel the shrimp then cut each one into small pieces. Put shrimp into a bowl and squeeze one or two limes over the shrimp while you do the rest. Break the crab into chucks Put crab in bowl with shrimp Pour the beer over the seafood Salt like you mean it but not like you are addicted to it. Cut cucumbers in half (take out seeds with a spoon) then in thirds longwise then cut into small chunks Put the cucumber in the bowl and mix with the seafood Slice the Serrano peppers in half (take out the seeds if you don’t want it too hot) put the peppers in the blender. Add the cilantro and onion to the blender Squeeze enough lime to cover the peppers & stuff in the blender, add some salt then blend. Pour the blender stuff into the seafood and stir Cover and “cook” in the fridge until the shrimp and not grey and look solid. |
