Banana Bread Recipe

2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup mashed very ripe bananas
1-1/2 cup sugar
1-3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend eggs, milk, and oil
Mix dry ingredients together then add to the egg mixture and mix well
Add bananas and blend well

Grease 9x5 loaf pan, then dust with 10X sugar (not flour)

Bake at 325 approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes
