3-4 lbs lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 to 1 1/2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
1/3 cup Heinz ketchup
1/4 cup diced onion
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Can add 3/4 cup flavored bread crumbs and/or grated parmesan cheese if you'd like.

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients together in a large bowl
Mix until thoroughly blended
Form loaves as you'd like - 1 large loaf, 2 smaller loaves, or several mini loaves
Cooking time will vary though, so be watchful as they bake

Cover with aluminum foil
Bake for approximately 1 hour at 375º for large loaf
When loaf appears to be nearly cooked through (cut center to be sure), remove aluminum foil and finish baking another 10 minutes until outside is nicely browned
