1 lb hamburger
1 med onion, diced
2 C water
1 tsp curry powder
tsp salt
tsp ginger
tsp cinnamon
3 T peanut butter
1 T honey
C raisins
1 C uncooked rice
2 tsp chicken bullion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is browned, drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 2 qt casserole dish. Cover and cook in oven, stirring occasionally until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, 50-60 minutes. (add a small amount of water if needed)
