3-4 chicken breasts - cooked and diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small container sour cream
1 to 1 1/2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
Cook chicken (bake, boil, or crock pot) and dice into small pieces
Place chicken in bottom of casserole dish
Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt and pepper and add on top of chicken - spread evenly
Crush 1 to 1 1/2 sleeves of Ritz crackers and spread over cream mixture
Melt 1 stick of butter and drizzle over cracker layer
