4 C rhubarb, chopped
1 C sugar
1 pkg strawberry jello
1 pkg jiffy cake mix
butter
1 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Place rhubarb in bottom of 8x8" baking dish. Sprinkle sugar, jello, and cake over rhubarb. Dot with butter, pour water all over. Bake 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
