4 medium-ripe avocados
Juice of 4 limes
½ cup sugar
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
4 naval oranges
1 can (3 ½ oz) flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Put peeled and seeded avocados into blender, add lime juice, sugar, and blend until mixture is smooth. Pour into bowl. Beat in ice cream and stir until blended. Pour mixture into serving bowl and place plastic wrap directly on top of cream to prevent discoloration. Surround with border of peeled and sliced naval oranges and chill for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with coconut when ready to serve.

Makes 8-10 servings.
