8 checken bremst, skinless and boneless
Low-fat cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. dry vinegar white wine
4 cups stuffing mix
2/3 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in greased baking dish and put cheese over it. Mix soup with wine and pour over chicken. Melt butter and add stuffing; put on top of chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
