1 - 9" graham cracker crust
2 (3.5 oz) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) tub of frozen non-dairy whipped topping
c. mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cold milk into bowl, add the pudding mix. With a whisk or mixer, beat at a slow speed until well blended about 1 minute. Mixture will be thin.
Pour into crust. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. If desired, spread pie with non-dairy topping and sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
