2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 whole large chicken breast cut in 1/2 (4 pieces)
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in soy sauce. Mix dry ingredients together on waxed paper and roll soy-soaked chicken in mixture. Arrange chicken in 13 x 9" baking dish. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Baste with drippings.
